Responsibilities:
Ice Cream Alchemy:
Create and innovate unique ice cream flavors that appeal to a diverse customer base.
Experiment with different ingredients and techniques to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
Production Oversight:
Oversee the entire ice cream production process, ensuring that each batch meets our quality standards.
Manage inventory and production schedules to meet customer demand.
Quality Control Maestro:
Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
Conduct regular taste tests and quality checks.
Ensure every scoop meets our uncompromising standards for taste, texture, and overall deliciousness.
Kitchen Management:
Work independently to manage day-to-day operations in the kitchen.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure a steady and high-quality supply of ingredients.
Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other team members to align ice cream offerings with market trends and customer preferences.
Participate in promotional events and tastings as needed.
Training and Development:
Train and mentor junior staff members in the art and science of ice cream making.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
